Through a restrained, contemporary geometric language, the identity expresses clarity and trust, offering a new visual perspective for modern property development.
麒源是一家位於台北的年輕建設公司，從當代生活的需求出發，致力於打造符合現代生活的精品住宅。品牌標誌以「鹿」為起點，象徵優雅與靈性，也隱喻著緣分的存在，不刻意追尋，而是在理念相近時的自然相遇，並以「守護者/指引者」的角色存在。設計則以簡約的當代幾何手法詮釋品牌的高雅氣質，建立出值得託付的穩健形象，為建商品牌帶來全新的視覺感受。
